First, we have to know if it's really because of a tooth or because of  the gums. We need to do an X-Ray. Only after we get the results, we will be able to know the cause. 
In the mean time, if you don't find any dentist to treat you, you can always take paracetamol or optalgin to help you.

Many times, the cause of jaw pain is due to dental health. Therefore, when your jaws are painfull, you should give us a call and book an appointment to check if you will need a mouth guard.

The first thing you need to do is to call your dentist and book an appointment as soon as possible. If you don't manage to do that the same day that your crown fell, you can take the glue for the prosthetic you buy at the superfarm "kookident".

First of all, we need to know if the gums are healthy, we can't improve a smile if there is a gingivatis, or if the gums are swollen. 
After this checkup, we need to do X-Rays to understand the dental state, if there are cavities, root canal or anything else to achieve.
Just after the whole check up we can know if we can improve with a whitening, composit, or veneers.

How many times a years I Have to come to the dentist for a check up?

You don't have to wait untill it's hurting to make an appoitment to the dentist. Every 6 months come check your dental health with X-Rays and a cleaning. Some people need to come more often.

Fluoride is found in the water all over the world. The quantitity depends on the area of your place. Also, when we are little our mother were used to give us fluoride pills every morning for teeth to be stronger. 
The thing is, too much of fluoride can impact the teeth. That's why, there are some prople who have white stains on their teeth, it can be also brown stains, it depends on the stage of the fluorose. 
There are a lot of solutions to treat these kind of problems. One of them is composite, the same material of fillings.
